Last week i was shoveling snow and i dont know how but i got glass in my eye. It kind of cut my eye and it really hurt. They put me on this gross white cream for a week. I hated the cream. Now i am glad to say it feels alot better.

Ouch! Better the cream than losing an eye I'm glad its ok now.

Man, I can only imagine how badly that must have hurt. I got cleaning solution in my eyes once because I dropped the open bottle :-), and it was pretty unpleasant, to say the least...

Was the glass in the snow due to someone's negligence? The municipal local authority perhaps? I'd sue for personal injuries and there is a good lawyer on hand to take the case.

Helping him out won't put food on the table now will it? Am I supposed to live off fresh air while fighting his personal injury action?

hang on I thought he was the proposed claimant, an it is beyond even my skill and wisdom to work out how one defends a claimant. He hasn't been back on here to tell us whom we can sue yet, so until he does there's little I can do, even if he does have the necessary wherewithall to engage learned counsel such as Lawlord QC.

Yeah, LL, I think you can survive on Fresh Air. Come on, Super Law Lord? Lol jk. Anyway, Jbear, tell him who he's suing, come on! Hehehe.
